Pistachio Praliné 67% – sweet nut spread

Made from lightly roasted Iranian pistachios and caramel. Wonderful Iranian pistachios and caramel, nothing else! Stone-ground to a smooth finish, ideal to pour, spread, spoon and drizzle on anything from pancakes to porridge, yoghurt, waffles and toast. Also used by numerous chefs and patissiers to flavour mousses, creams or used pure in fabulous creations. Vegan, gluten-free and absolutely nothing artificial. Lovely paired with: Fresh fruits (red berries, figs, stone fruits…), dark chocolate & vanilla. Some of our customers even go as far as adding it to sweet and savoury salads including fresh fruits and cheeses. We tried it… and loved it!
