Our 100% pomegranate extract is made exclusively from fresh pomegranate juice. For production, the pomegranates are carefully opened by hand and the pulp, including the seeds, is gently pressed into a sweet and sour juice. In contrast to the gourmet version, the Classic extract does not mature for many months in wooden barrels, but is processed directly. This creates a clear, fruity taste with the typical balance of sweetness and acidity.
