This world-winning Norman pastis was named Best Pastis in the World 2025 at the prestigious World Drinks Awards competition in London. It is made from apple brandy (calvados) and aromatic plants from the distillery's botanical garden in Colombelles (star anise, green anise, fennel, elderflower, lemon balm, thyme, etc.). Very lightly sweetened, it is a pastis that is both refined and respectful of local traditions. Tasting notes highlight a sweet and spicy nose (pepper, coriander, touch of honey) and a palate enriched with woody anise, liquorice and spices.
