Ingredients: 24% Isigny butter, eggs, flour and sugar, but the recipe and know-how are kept secret. After making the dough, the shortbreads are cut and placed one by one on a baking sheet. This 18-tooth cupcake measures approximately 5 centimeters before baking. It remains for about 15 minutes in a refractory brick oven, heated to 180°C. These delicious Norman shortbreads are packaged in 500g boxes in cardboard packaging representing the famous wooden cabins of the Côte de Nacre.
