Sivaris Rice from the japonica family, round-grain, short, pearly, and crystalline. It is grown only in the ecological environment of the Albufera Natural Park (Spain). A recently appeared variety derived from the natural selection of the BOMBA. During cooking, it undergoes an accordion effect that allows the rice to absorb a lot of flavor while remaining whole and loose. It is the result of crossing the Bomba and Senia varieties. It has an excellent capacity for absorbing flavors and aromas, similar to Senia, and a resistance to overcooking close to Bomba. Rice grown in the Albufera of Valencia, under the Valencia Rice Designation of Origin seal. Optimal cooking time: 14-16 min
