Sivaris 500g Brown rice grown entirely in the Albufera Natural Park of Valencia, certified under the Valencia Rice Designation of Origin. This is unhulled and unpolished rice, retaining most of its brown husk in the grain, making it very rich in fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Optimal cooking time: 35-40 min
