Sivaris Medium-grain japonica rice, which has been cultivated in the Albufera Natural Park in Valencia for generations. This variety has a greater capacity than Indica rice to absorb the flavor of the broth being cooked. Once cooked, the rice is tender and juicy, providing a pleasant sensation to the eye and palate. This is a rice that opens easily (it becomes pasty) and has an approximate cooking time of 15 minutes. Especially recommended for one of the signature dishes of Valencian cuisine, paella, although it is ideal for all types of Mediterranean dishes. Optimal cooking time: 13-15 min
