cocoa house 80g Gourmet chocolate produced by Casa Cacao, from the prestigious brand El Celler de Can Roca, one of the best restaurants in the world of all time. This chocolate comes from Los Bejucos, which is the name of the denomination of origin (D.O.) located in the central area of the Dominican Republic, 50% cocoa and sheep's milk. Made in the workshop in Girona, under the supervision of pastry chef and chocolatier Jordi Roca. Quite a delight. Data sheet Los Bejucos is the name of the recently created denomination of origin (D.O.) located in the central zone of the Dominican Republic. It is a cocoa collected by small producers in the area and, later, fermented and dried in the Esmeralda farm. In Casa Cacao's workshop, we select it by hand, roast it, shell it, add organic cane sugar and cocoa butter, as well as powdered goat's milk, and conch it for a minimum of 48 hours. The D.O. Los Bejucos 50% has been recognized with the bronze award at the Academy of Chocolate Awards. Ingredients: 50% cocoa beans from Los Bejucos, powdered sheep's milk (15%) and sugar.
