Aromas of chamomile, sea breeze and green apple, with notes of hay and fennel. Completely dry, it is light, fresh and sharp on the palate. \n \nPapirusa, which means beautiful and elegant, was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave to the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, the first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the 1940s. \n \nScore: Parker 92; Penin 92; Decanter 90.
