Bloomers in Liberty Betsy porcelain

Our little Liberty Betsy porcelain bloomers are very comfortable with their smocks at the waist and thighs and are wide enough to cover the diaper. Its pretty satin stitch finish is characteristic of the Mademoiselle Croisette brand. It features a small flag because we are proud of our French manufacturing!
