These anchovies are the fruit of the union of two gastronomic excellences from Spain and Italy. The Cantabrian anchovies, from the city of Santoña, are the best in the world. We managed to enhance them with the award-winning extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Galantino. This fruity, intense and exclusively cold-processed oil gives softness and roundness, making the organoleptic characteristics unique, exclusive and with a very low percentage of salt.
