Colour Theory Trinket Tray

Our Colour Theory range uses the print ‘Prismatic’, a shaded colour wheel by artist and engraver Moses Harris. This hand painted print is from his book The Natural System of Colour published around 1766. Harris is said to be the inventor of the colour wheel and this hand tinted etching is possibly the earliest depiction of its type. This drawing is derived from three colours Red Yellow and blue.
