Tamegroute Acid - Handmade Vase

Our handmade Tamegroute vase is ideal for dried flower compositions or as purely as it is. Due to the unique firing process this piece goes through, this vase is not waterproof and best suited as a decorative item only. This particular clay contains small grains of rock/sand which creates the beautiful imperfections on the surface of the ceramics. There are no identical Tamegroute pieces. Many factors impact the final look of each piece: the placement in and temperature of the oven, the exact composition of the glaze, the technique of the potter. Everything is done by feeling based on years of experience and passed-down generational techniques. Please be advised that all our ceramics are authentic and handmade. Since they are not mass produced or machine made there are natural flaws and variations between the pieces which lend to their uniqueness.
