Clear apple juice

This apple juice is on the same line of character as our ciders: it has a beautiful, shiny golden color and a constant acidity reflecting the origin of our terroir. In the mouth, it has a sweet and strong entry with a note of slightly stewed cooked apples and a caramel intensity in the background mixed with notes of roasted nuts and hazelnuts, linked to our plot of land in the Pays d'Othe.
