Taste escape: This 70% Dark Chocolate & Yellow Lemon Crystals recipe was made from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which we sprinkled lemon agave crystals, bergamot, mandarin and orange. 

With a cocoa content of 70%, the chocolate is intense, full-bodied, without bitterness when tasting. 

As for citrus, they provide a refreshing flavor bringing a nice length to the palate.
