Vermentino White

Vermentino Blanc is a natural sweet wine. We harvest its grapes in the Aude, at Portel des Corbières. It is a mutated wine to which we add wine alcohol in order to stop its fermentation and preserve very present sweet and fruity notes. This sweet wine with a 21% / vol content is a product that is consumed as an aperitif accompanied by a melon or in a fruit salad. It should be kept in the refrigerator before tasting so that the aromas can express their full potential.
