Our 100% duck rillettes are garnished with at least 30% foie gras. This is placed in the can in layers, in order to take advantage of both the chewiness of the meat and the smoothness of the foie gras. Bronze medal of the General Agricultural competition of the Salon de l'Agriculture - Paris 2017.
