Our charlotte à plat (or "dish cover") gratin in coated and natural cotton is suitable for covering oval or rectangular gratin dishes measuring 30 cm x 19 cm, up to 32 cm x 23 cm. It will allow you to store your leftovers in the fridge easily and beautifully, without using stretch film or aluminum foil. The charlotte should be positioned on the natural cotton side facing the food. Available in 4 colors.
