This aperitif is the result of a unique blend and maceration for more than a month of oranges, grapefruit and lemons on a white wine base. Alcohol content: 14% vol. In the mouth: bitterness in all its forms! An attack on the sweetness of orange and lemon for a finish on the sharp bitterness of Pomelo. The sugar binds these aromas without remaining in the mouth. Tasting: this aperitif has been designed to be enjoyed on ice. These do not dilute the bitter sweet, but make the final link between bitterness and sugar. Adding a bubble is possible.
