13% Vol Alc Notes of strawberry jam, spice and undergrowth mingle in a delicate and complex bouquet. The palate is ample and silky, offering chocolate and crushed strawberry notes on a tannic base of exceptional finesse. The finish is long and fruity. To be decanted in its youth and to be served at 17°C, on a rib of beef or another noble piece of meat. Its structure and its size can withstand a long bottle conservation, we will put it on a game in its maturity.
