DOSAGE 9.5 grams/liter AGING 12 months on lees TASTING NOTES Pale gold color with fine, persistent bubbles. The elegant nose reveals aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and a brioche touch due to aging on lees. On the palate, it is lively, fresh and harmonious, offering a beautiful balance between vivacity and suppleness, with a fresh and tasty finish. FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS An excellent aperitif wine. Pairs perfectly with seafood, savory appetizers and light poultry. Its freshness is perfect as a starter and on lightly sweetened fruit desserts. PERFECT SERVING Serve chilled at 7–8°C. Perfect as a Spritz! WINEMAKING Rigorous traditional method: hand-harvesting, gentle pressing of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay musts. The blending of the base wines precedes a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum aging of 12 months on lees. This process gives the wine finesse of bubbles and aromatic complexity (notes of brioche and dried fruit).
