Discover the artisanal Turrón al Guirlache, a traditional Spanish nougat prepared with almonds and solidified caramel. Turrón Aragon, also called Guirlache. Originally from Catalonia and Valencia, its name comes from the word "grillage", referring to the cooking of almonds. There are several flavors, one of the best known is that of chef Teodoro Bardají, who brought to the fore this version of Guirlache de Zaragoza.
