Made of high-quality cast aluminium, the Masterpan 25cm x 33cm grill plate has a heavy gauge base allowing you to cook on any heat source, without any warping. HEAT DISTRIBUTION TECHNOLOGY: This cast aluminium grill plate has been designed for optimum heat distribution on just one hob. The centre of the grill is designed to be 15-20% hotter than the sides so you can grill meats in the centre, with vegetables or seafood on the sides. DOUBLE LAYER NON-STICK COATING: For easy cooking and clean-up, the Masterpan grill plate has a XYLAN PLUS double layer non-stick coating. It's also PFOA free cookware, containing no lead, cadmium or heavy-metals for safe and healthy cooking.
