The electric whisk is a modern solution to dissolve the matcha in water or milk. Traditionally, the chasen bamboo whisk was used to dissolve the matcha correctly. Currently with the electric whisk in addition to mixing the matcha we can use it to froth milk or as an accessory for the preparation of recipes.
