“I Colori di Murano” Hand-Blown and Handcrafted Glass Glasses with Aventurine - Elegant for Refined Events - Made in Italy

These glasses are produced entirely by hand by master glassmakers, made in Italy according to the ancient tradition of Murano glass making.   Made of colored glass and Aventurina glass grits, which give great elegance and brilliance.   Dishwasher safe, color and shine unalterable over time.   “Avventurina” glass is a particular process invented in Venice on the island of Murano in the first half of the 17th century (around 1620).
It is a translucent crystalline paste, in which specks or crystals of copper with bright metal oxides are immersed, which create an effect that imitates that of aventurine quartz.
Called "Avventurina" because even the most expert Murano glassmaker found it very difficult to create it, making it was a real adventure hence its name.   Slight differences in dimensions, colors and grit density are not to be considered defects but unique characteristics of a handcrafted product. model: AVVENTURINA
