The Milà family works, generation after generation, with a clear and concise philosophy, craftsmanship and dedication to things well done. Elaborats Milà is a company founded in 1991 by Alfred Milà, who came from a family of pastry chefs. It was the fourth generation established in Sant Just Desvern. The beginnings of the Milà family in the production of sweet pastries date back to the year 1900 from the small neighborhood of Barceloneta. Thanks to this lifelong knowledge, and the research of new products, the MDALEN brand was born to satisfy the growing demand of celiacs and gluten intolerant for artisanal products. These 23.5-centimeter gluten-free, lactose-free and cow's milk protein pizza bases are made in Spain, without palm oil and are a source of fiber. Mainly intended for celiacs, as their gluten content is less than 20ppm, but also for those allergic to cow's milk protein (CMP) and lactose intolerant. They are also suitable for vegans as they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin. Packaged in a protective atmosphere, each package includes 2 units of 140g each. It has a shelf life of 4 months from its date of manufacture. It is recommended to bake it between 8 and 15 minutes, preheating the oven to 220ºC and having distributed the chosen ingredients on top.
