Organic Oregano from Greek Aegean isalnds

It’s about the native plant of Lemnos Island. Strongly aromatic with long lasting taste due to its high thymol content, a phenolic compound that it’s characteristically predominant only to Lemnian oregano. The product is comprised of approximately 90 % blossom, very little leaves, no branches, very little leaf stems and extremely little dust content. Its color is green – gold, not brown. Sieved product, not cut.
