Artisanal pasta made from local cereals grown and crushed in Poitou-Charentes. The traditional manufacturing process (bronze moulds, slow drying at low temperature, 18 hours at 50° max) makes it possible to obtain a firm texture after cooking and to preserve all the aromas and nutritional qualities.
