Originally, ex-votos were paintings or symbolic objects hung in a church, a venerated place, following a vow or in thanks for a grace. Today they are used as protective amulets to be hung as wall decorations. This is a reproduction poster of an original herbarium of dried flowers, grown in my garden in Auvergne, or picked during my walks in the region. For this painting I used mimosa, sunflower petals and verbena. A perfect decoration to bring a touch of zen to your interior!
