Chestnut honey

Chestnut honey produced by our bees and harvested by the beekeeper. On our Apiary at Vernoux-en-Vivarais (07), located on the edge of a chestnut grove, at an altitude of 590 meters. This Chestnut Honey has an amber color and a very pronounced or even bitter taste. Rich in tannins, it acts on the blood circulation, it is the friend of the sportsmen thanks to its richness in mineral salts. Our Honey is raw, ie it is cold extracted, filtered and directly potted in order to preserve the enzymes, nutritional and medicinal properties of the nectar.
