Our balsamic vinegar with thyme honey is made from grape must and vinegar from red grapes. The balsamic vinegar is gently matured in wooden barrels and refined with thyme honey from the mountains of Crete. Due to its exquisite aroma, the balsamic vinegar goes very well with salads, baked vegetables or gives meat and fish a very special note as part of a marinade.
