Cover with water and microwave them for 90 seconds (or cook them in boiling water in a saucepan for 90 seconds). Step 2: For each cup of bubble tea, heat approximately 400 mL of water. Step 3: Add the bag of tea powder to the vegetable milk. Add the hot water and stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Step 4: Add the dose of cooked tapioca pearls to the cup and stir.
