Tatlin Brooch   Inspired by the Socialist Constructivist Movement of the former Soviet Union we present the Stepanova Jewellery Collection 2018. A movement pioneered in 1913 by feminists like Varvara Stepanova, now an icon in the textile world who has inspired this collection. This piece measures 10cm or 4inches in height and 45mm or 2inches in width. Hangs on a 35mm high-quality stainless steel brooch pin. Comes supplied in a luxury branded black presentation box. Also available as a statement necklace. Handmade by a single highly skilled artisan from the finest acrylic materials and assembled by hand in rural North Norfolk, UK 'Composition is the contemplative approach of the artist. Technique and Industry have confronted art with the problem of construction as an active process and not reflective. The 'sanctity' of a work as a single entity is destroyed.
