Mini pears in brandy, an exceptional treat.   Saint John pears are small pears that mature at the end of June and do not keep for long, which is why they were traditionally preserved in brandy.   The mini pears are soaked in a light syrup flavored with brandy.   It is a sweet and fragrant product with only 4.5% alcohol. 250g jar
