Christmas decorations "Flower of Life" from the MADE51 project (UNHCR)

Made by Syrian refugees in Lebanon. This elegant flower is made from recycled fabric and decorated with embroidery. The shape of the petals is inspired by the beautiful, geometric "Flower of Life" that blooms in the center of interlocking circles. This product is part of a beautiful Christmas decoration collection by Made 51 and is lovingly made by artisans in refugee camps in 16 countries around the world. Each piece reflects the refugees' stories, traditions and craft techniques. This makes them a special gift during the Christmas season. MADE51 was launched by UNHCR, the United Nations refugee agency. UNHCR works to protect the rights of refugees and build a better future for refugees, displaced persons and stateless persons.
