Nettle is the most basic ingredient in our mixtures, we love it for its holistic effect on the body. The infusion of the plant helps to replenish the necessary micronutrients such as iron, potassium and calcium, which are lost during both physical and intellectual activity. 1 teaspoon of the mixture for 250 ml of boiling water, or 1 large spoon for 400 ml. Leave to infuse for approx. 7 minutes.
