Shu Puer «Huang Yin Shu Bing» from CNNP (China National Natural Products Import and Export Company), 2001 harvest. Taiwanese storage. 343-grams teacake of medium density easily separates into twisted dark brown leaves, reddish buds and thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody with a nutty hint. The infusion is transparent, with a dark reddish-chestnut shade. The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, woody-and-nutty, with biscuit, fruity, chocolate and balsamic notes. The aroma is rich, warm and complex. The taste is mellow and dense, sweetish, with a fruity acidity, refined chocolate bitterness and a lingering aftertaste.
