«Jingmai Bai Cha» is the white tea manufactured in the spring of 2020 in a small tea farm in the Jingmai Mountains (Puer County, Yunnan Province). 357-g teacake of medium density, easily divided into brown and greenish leaves with thin cuttings, as well as silver buds. The aroma is intensive, berry-floral. The infusion is transparent, with a yellowish shade. The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and vivid, spicy-floral with fruity, berry, woody and grassy notes. The aroma is fresh and tender, fruity-floral. The taste is full-bodied and silky, slightly spicy, with sweet and sour nuances of dried fruits and fresh berries. Brew tea with hot water (80°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay.
