«Lao Baxian» («Eight Immortals») is an aged Oolong from Chaozhou County (medium heat). In appearance: middle-sized, dark brown, flagellum twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, berry with spicy accent. The liquor is transparent, with a mahogany shade. The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, berry-and-spicy, with notes of exotic wood tars, allspice, currant and basil. The aroma is complex and deep, with floral and berry hints. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, a bit spicy, slightly astringent, with berry acidity and lingering finish. Brew tea with hot water (85-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay.
