South Fujian Anxi Mao Xie

Oolong «Mao Xie» («Hairy Crab») was made in late autumn of 2020 by qing xiang technology (light fermentation, moderate heating). In appearance: small, yellow-green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive and fresh, spicy-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade. The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, spicy-herbaceous with floral and fruity notes. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, silky, sweetish, with a fine fruity sourness and spicy nuances, turning into the lingering finish. Brew tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay.
