The Nasal Neti pot is a vessel designed to flush and rinse the sinuses and nasal passages from debris and mucus. By thinning the mucus, the neti pot makes it easier for a person to breathe. This natural remedy can be used to help with a variety of symptoms of nasal congestion including colds/flu, allergies, snoring and dryness. Use & Care Use a saltwater solution, saline or water to clear your nostrils when using the neti pot. To use, pour the solution into the pot and then into one nostril at a time. We recommend leaning over a sink so that the liquid solution doesn’t spill everywhere. Tilt your head sideways over the sink and place the spout of the neti pot in the upper nostril. Breathing through your open mouth, gently pour the saltwater solution into your upper nostril so that the liquid drains through the lower nostril. Repeat on the other side.
