With its edgy grip of natural jute fibres and 5 mm thickness, it makes it a strong and sustainable mat providing the perfect amount of cushioning, ideal for Vinyasa flows, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Perfect for slippery hands & feet and a general sweaty practice, specially for Hot Yoga due to the natural vegetable fiber which absorbs moisture. USE AND CARE: To clean, wipe your mat with a damp cloth and leave it to air dry, avoid getting too wet. If you are using commercial yoga mat cleaning products, we recommend you test them out on a small section of your mat first. Alternatively, you can make your own cleaning spray with a cup of water and one or two drops of tea tree or lavender essential oil. Avoid leaving in the sun for prolonged periods and avoid exposing your mat to extreme temperatures.
