(It must be neither too much nor too little packed). We also offer stainless steel tampers that you can offer to your customers to facilitate this step. (optional) - If the coffee flows too quickly, the water does not have time to soak up the aromas of the coffee, this is a sign that the coffee is not packed enough in the capsule or that its grind is too coarse . - It is advisable to clean and dry the capsule thoroughly after each use, but also to descale it from time to time.
