Earl Grey - Loose Leaf Tea Caddy

Earl Grey is a British classic that needs no introduction. This blend, made by infusing black tea with oil derived from the rind of Italian bergamot oranges, is elegance in a teacup. An English aristocrat Charles Grey was responsible for the name of this blend. He was a man of good deeds, however he had nothing to do with its creation - a more probable story was that the Earl Grey tea was discovered by accident, when a gift of black tea and bergamot oranges was shipped together from diplomats in China and the tea absorbed the scent of the fruit. Whichever way the story goes, this delicious tea is here for all of us to enjoy. HOW TO MAKE IT: 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 250ml of hot water. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
