Our unique blend is made with First Flush Darjeeling tea (the 'champagne of teas') with a burst of exotic spices - cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and clove. Darjeeling tea is naturally light and aromatic, so to experience all the flavours of Elephant Chai, we'd recommend to make your tea without milk or sugar (we did say it was different!).
