The Cannonau Ambrata grappa was obtained from the discontinuous distillation in bain-marie stills from marc from the vinification of selected Cannonau variety grapes and subsequently enriched by contact with fine oak wood which gives a warm, soft, enveloping and penetrating taste, an aroma persistent spice and a nose of dried fruit. Product for after a meal or for meditation, to be served at room temperature, possibly heated by the palm of the hand to savor all its pleasant characteristic notes.
