Subtle in look, but daring in character it's made to bring out the boss in you.  Boss Mode Earrings come in sterling silver. You can choose to have them short - on a 3,5cm swinger. Or you can have them mixed - one earring on a 3,5cm swinger with a 6mm bead and the other on a 6,5mm swinger with an 8mm hanging bead.
