A classic reinvented with rigor: our Organic Herbes de Provence brings together the emblematic aromatic plants of the south, cultivated, harvested and processed in Provence, a few steps from the Sainte-Victoire mountain. Made with thyme, savory, rosemary and oregano, this blend is 100% natural, with no added flavorings. The leaves are whole, rich in essential oils, and carefully crumbled to preserve all their aromatic power. Each plant comes from plots located between Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur and Drôme Provençale. The hot, dry climate concentrates the aromas, and the partner producers control each stage: from cultivation to cutting, to gentle, slow drying in Trets (13).
