Zhoug, also called skhug, is a condiment originating from Yemen, made from fresh coriander, green chili, garlic and spices. In this reinterpretation, NOMIE and TAVA HADA PILPELTA preserve the spirit of zhoug while intensifying it with carefully selected Mexican peppers. The green jalapeño brings a vegetal and moderately spicy note, the yellow Tabasco an aromatic and spicy power. Garlic, fresh coriander, caraway, toasted cumin, oil and salt complete this powerful and balanced composition. Everything is handcrafted in Marseille, with precision and attention to detail.
