Distilled in January 2014 and bottled in September 2019. The raw material for our Elbe-Valley whiskey - sherry / peat - is a barley malt mixture of different roasting stages and peated barley malt. It was stored in Ahlerstedt and Jork in sherry barrels of the sherry variety OLOROSSO Smell: sweet wine, slightly herbaceous Taste: caramel-like sweetness, light smoke, fresh fruits: citrus, grapes. Finish: Medium length with lasting sweetness and warming smoke
